# Orthodox Self Evaluation

> Self-Evaluation Cycles & Inspection Dossier Workflows

## End-to-End Orthodox SEF Lifecycle

The Orthodox Self-Evaluation Form (SEF) module coordinates self-evaluation across religious instruction (Kodesh), prayer life, secular curriculum integration, and ethos through context profiling, criteria evidence evaluation, 5-heading narrative synthesis, and inspection dossier generation.

## 1. Inspection Criteria Evaluation & Evidence Logging

Religious studies coordinators and teachers evaluate specific framework criteria:

**1. Select Inspection Domain**

From the main SEF hub (`/sef`), select an inspection domain (e.g. *Religious Studies / Kodesh*).

**2. Evaluate Descriptors**

Locate the assigned criterion and assess evidence security:

* **Exceptional (Blue)**: Exemplary, sector-leading evidence demonstrating religious excellence.
* **Secure (Green)**: Robust evidence confirms criteria is securely embedded across school life.
* **Insecure (Orange)**: Developing practice where evidence or impact is inconsistent.
* **Weak (Red)**: Significant shortfall requiring urgent developmental intervention.

**3. Record Religious & Academic Evidence**

Record detailed commentary referencing curriculum assessments, prayer participation, student work scrutinies, or communal initiatives.

## 2. Strategic Domain Synthesis (5-Heading Model)

Domain leads synthesize criteria evidence into an executive summary:

    Actions --> Impact["3. Impact of Actions"]
    Impact --> Strengths["4. Strengths"]
    Strengths --> Development["5. Areas for Development"]
```
## 3. Reporting & Federation Synchronisation
* **Inspection Dossier**: Generate a board-grade PDF report compiled for inspection teams and governors.
* **Federation & MAT Central Sync**: Multi-academy trusts and communal bodies can deploy standard inspection rubrics across all schools while preserving local evidence autonomy.
