# Website Tools: Staff Contact Forms and Word of the Week

> Enhance your school website with spam-protected staff contact forms and a Word of the Week data feed — including translations for EAL pupils.

Website Tools provides two practical utilities to enrich your school website with minimal setup. Whether you want to give parents a simple way to contact staff or add a weekly vocabulary feature to support pupil literacy, both tools are straightforward to configure and maintain.

## Staff Contact Forms

The Staff Contact Forms feature lets you create web-based contact forms for named members of staff or departments — ideal for a "Contact the Head of Year" form, a SENCO enquiry form, or a general admissions query page.
