Getting Started

Follow these four steps to set up Clever School Systems for your school.

Register Your School

Go to https://cleverschool.systems/register and fill in your school details to create your account.

Enable Your Modules

From the Administration section, choose the modules your school needs and enable them one by one. Each module appears in the navigation as soon as it is switched on.

Assign Managers and Owners

For each enabled module, assign a Manager from your staff. Managers can then assign Owners to individual areas or items within their module.

Start Using the Platform

Your team can now log in and begin working. Clever School Systems pre-loads sensible default content for each module so you can start straight away.
Schools that are part of a group — such as a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) or Local Authority (LA) — need to be set up centrally so that all schools are linked together correctly. Please contact support@cleverschool.systems to arrange this before registering individually.
