iCal Integration

Each published calendar has a unique iCal URL. You can share this URL with staff and parents so they can subscribe directly from their preferred calendar application — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any other iCal-compatible app. Once subscribed, events update automatically whenever you make changes in Clever School Systems. Your audience always sees the latest information without needing to do anything themselves.
The iCal URL can be added to your school website, included in a welcome email, or sent via your messaging system — however you normally communicate key dates to your school community.
